The purpose and mission of my law firm is to provide exceptional and ethical advocacy and counsel to individuals and small businesses in the San Luis Valley and elsewhere in Southern Colorado.  My legal practice is concentrated in the areas of Elder Law, Trust & Estate, Probate, Real Estate, accident and injury claims, including Workers Compensation claims, and DUI/DUI-D criminal defense. I opened my office in this beautiful part of Colorado to address the core issue of every client I have ever represented. Knowing, understanding and complying with the ever increasing multitude of laws, regulations and ordinances feels overwhelming to most people. Often, clients aren’t aware of both their rights or responsibilities. Many people feel ignored by a legal system they don’t understand and cannot afford. The majority of Colorado’s attorneys practice in nine counties on the front range, too far away to be seen or heard by residents in more remote areas of our state. My vision is to bring creative and cost effective services to change that perception, one client at a time.
